3. Course Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment
By enrolling in a course offered by DataPro Cyprus, you agree to pay the specified course fees and comply with the terms of this agreement. Course enrollment is subject to availability and may require you to meet certain prerequisites or qualifications.
3.2 Payment
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website at the time of enrollment.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a €150 administrative fee
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the course start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund
DataPro Cyprus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In the event of cancellation by DataPro Cyprus, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
3.4 Course Transfer
Requests to transfer to a different course or cohort must be made in writing at least 15 days before the original course start date. A transfer fee of €100 may apply. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be requested once per enrollment.
4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
4.1 Course Materials
All course materials provided to you during your enrollment are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or publish these materials without express written permission from DataPro Cyprus.
4.2 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the course materials, including but not limited to copyright, belong to DataPro Cyprus or its licensors. Nothing in this agreement transfers any such intellectual property rights to you except the limited license to use the materials for your personal educational purposes.
4.3 Student Projects
You retain the intellectual property rights to original work you create as part of course assignments or projects. However, you grant DataPro Cyprus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work for promotional, educational, or accreditation purposes.
5. Student Conduct
As a student enrolled in our courses, you agree to:
- Engage in the learning process with integrity and honesty
- Respect the rights and dignity of other students and staff
- Complete coursework and assessments according to instructions and deadlines
- Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes and online sessions
- Comply with all reasonable directions from instructors and staff
- Adhere to our code of conduct in all interactions related to the course
DataPro Cyprus reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund in cases of serious misconduct or consistent violation of these conduct guidelines.
